The Girls CBI is a new initiative to develop girls only basketball clubs in the South Downs area.

After multiple expressions of interest from girls in the South Downs and seeing many young girls drop out of the sport, We at the Community Basketball Initiative decided to create this new girls only club and offer a unique experience for girls to get into the sport. 

With support from local coach Marinella (fully insured and L2 qualified)  Marinela (ex Greece National player), we hope to develop this group into a regular and popular session, enter events and develop a new basketball club for girls only in the South Downs.

So, register to our weekly after school sessions (free until July 2020), turn up with sporty clothes, indoor shoes and a bottle of water and start playing one of the most exciting and rewarding team game.
