The CBI are passionate about developing basketball and thrive at promoting the positive effect it can have on most people, especially primary and secondary age kids!. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn and play basketball at least once as it improves participants' endurance, motor control, ankle stability, balance, coordination, mental and physical health, agility and social skills.
